Electric parallel gripper introduced
Destaco has introduced the eRDH series electric parallel gripper, a new addition to the Robohand product line. It integrates four teachable sensors, speed control, force control, and selectable internal or external grip configurations for use in the automotive, consumer goods, food and packaging, and industrial manufacturing industries.
The gripper features an intuitive keypad interface to allow for quick and easy configuration adjustments and sensor settings.The built-in jaw locking technology helps ensure that the grip force is maintained even without power. The keypad lockout feature prevents unauthorized tampering, while basic diagnostic feedback to PLC systems alerts operators to any fault conditions.
